First time coming here with my partner for my birthday meal, and we were not disappointed. Food was amazing, doesn't matter it takes a bit to bring the main, as you have their amazing bread with saucesand olives, and if you order a starter which we did you will enjoy, the quality and the fact that they take the time to cook it to perfection it matters. We have had the lamb hummus and feta and spinach rolls as starters, and as a main we went for the bosphorus hot platter which serves 2-3people.we couldn't eat everything and we had to take it at home, lucky us to have lunches for next day. Honestly the meat was tasty and tender and the spices were just perfect, kids can eat too. We will definitely come back.thank you
First time we went to Hitchin and came across this very interesting restaurant. If you want to try Turkish cuisine, this is the right place. Very nice and quiet place and great food. Before we ordered, they brought us some sauces, bread and olives, much appreciated. Then as main courses I had lamb ribs and my boyfriend a sirloin, both with various side dishes. Very substantial dishes but we also wanted to try the desserts which were very good. I had a chocolate fudge cake and my boyfriend the turkish dessert, baklava. We will come back for sure!
First time been to this restaurant and would definitely go back again. The food was very tasty and plenty of it. The staff was very friendly and cheerful, made you really welcome.
We can't wait to go this restaurant again! I wasn't well and straight away felt at ease. The owner is a lovely lady and consistently tried her best to help my mother and I with our dietary restrictions. She was very welcoming and caring about our situation, as was her friend Carol. Her son made the food and it was delicious. We had a whole grilled seabass, salad and chips, as well as grilled salmon, salad and chips. Everything was gluten free and dairy free. The chilli pepper dip was really lovely (we couldn't have the other complementary dips and bread due to our dietary requirements). The setting is gorgeous and so we sat on the couch by the wall so we could see the whole restaurant. The food took a while to come, but it was well worth the wait. There were no issues and everything was as we asked for. Fairly priced for all the above. Service wasn't on the bill, so of course we gave a good tip as a thank you. Try this restaurant - you won't regret it and you'll leave looking forward to your next visit.

Both dishes were well-prepared, with the Chicken Shish being nicely grilled and well-seasoned, while the Penne Pollo had a creamy, comforting flavor. One slight downside was the service. Our waiter was polite but seemed a little unsure about the details of the dishes, repeatedly going to the back to check on ingredients. It would have been nice to get quicker responses, especially for those unfamiliar with Turkish cuisine. The drinks menu featured a decent selection of cocktails and mocktails, along with the usual beers and wines, offering a little something for everyone. Overall, while service could be improved, the quality of the food and the ambiance made it a pleasant dining experience. Would return for another meal!
